JACKIE ROSE BROWN:
Jackie Rose Brown caught the bug for music theatre after she did her first drama camp with Christy Taylor. She has been taking singing lessons since she was 13 years old. She has taken vocal lessons with Christy Taylor and Tara Mackenzie. Since her first year in high school, Jackie Rose has been in 18 productions. She has worked with the OSLT, the YTC, and OSCVI Footlights. Some of her favourite roles include: Snoopy in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, The Evil Step Mother in Cinderella and Mama in Bye Bye Birdie. Some other shows she has been in are; Anne Of Green Gables, My Fair Lady, and Hello Dolly! Jackie Rose also performed at the Youth Tent at Summerfolk 2010, "Believe in the Magic". Jackie Rose is currently attending Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts with hopes to continue music theatre as a career.

TARA MACKENZIE: Tara MacKenzie is a sought after vocal coach, professional multi disciplined singer, composer, producer and recording artist. Notably she studied under Dr. H Haughton, Dr.Henriette Batiste and under various Choirmasters into her teen years in the Peel Regional Honour Choir. Additionally she studied at University of the Nations Schoolof Music in Amsterdam, received private classes at Budapest Music Academy , at Comhaltas in Dublin Ireland, Berklee College of Music and spent a lifetime learning to navigate the inner workings of the human voice. Tara embraced vocal music with a passion and first pursued a professional singing and performing career at 14 years old. She has performed internationally in 15 countries, in genres such as Alt Rock, Metal, Classical, Jazz, Blues, Musical Theatre and Irish-Celtic Traditional. To her credit, she is featured as a session vocalist on more than 250 recordings and has performed at major folk festivals internationally, and singing hooks on radio ad commercials. Tara's singing voice is also featured in the documentary film "Let MyPeople Go" produced by New Zealand's "New Songs" company. Since 1991, Tara has experience teaching primary students in a public school setting, coaching voice and composing for music theatre productions at Humber College's drama program.She has worked privately coaching adults, children and teens, helped professional musicians and worship leaders who want to improve their vocal delivery and stage presence while playing a secondary instrument. She has a passion for vocal integrity and is an encouraging mentor. In addition to voice, Tara plays percussion, harp, guitar, guzheng,Irish low and tin whistles, flute and accordion.
